Urban Excellence Series

The Urban Excellence Series offers a structured path for personal growth and development.

It begins with Personal Best, an introductory workshop on self-improvement and goal setting. Participants then progress to the Breakthrough Masterclass, focusing on advanced strategies for overcoming challenges.

The series concludes with Vision and Accomplishment: 90 Days @ 100 Percent, an intensive 90-day mastermind for achieving and maintaining peak performance. This tri-level approach supports individuals in reaching their highest potential.

Most begin their journey with Urban Excellence by an invitation to participate in Personal Best, Urban Excellence's flagship leadership development retreat. Offered both online and in-person, Personal Best provides to opportunity to gain clarity and and if desired, redesign habits and practices that are most supportive of accomplishing your personal and professional goals and objectives.

Grads of this course are eligible for Urban Excellence membership, as well as access to Urban Excellence Mastermind Forums, low-cost or free classes and academies on business, nonprofit management, financial empowerment, and wellness. They also enjoy networking opportunities and ongoing support through project consulting, and coaching from our ICF-Accredited Coach Academy.
