Honoring a long-held promise to one day become the mentor she wished she’d had, Anthony leveraged her three decades of leadership in the community and the economic development field to launch the Urban Excellence Institute. This first-of-its-kind training and development company intentionally curates and delivers world-class transformational training modalities, making them available and accessible to all, especially in under-resourced communities.

In the nonprofit sector, she launched and consulted for 520 nonprofit organizations in 31 states, and raised more than $20 million for community causes and charities. .

She is a highly sought-after inspirational speaker, transformational leadership trainer, ICF certified coach and founder of the Urban Excellence Coaching Academy, a Level One coach education provider accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Gold Standard for coaching accreditation worldwide.
