BECOMING A COACH

 Introduction to the Coaching Profession is a comprehensive course designed to equip you, as an aspiring coach, with a solid foundation. This course offers an immersive exploration into the world of coaching, preparing you for a successful career in this impactful field.


INTODUCTION TO THE ICF 8 CORE COMPETENCIES
Introduction to the ICF 8 Core Competencies" is a concise and focused course offered by our ICF-accredited school. This course serves as a gateway for coaches to familiarize themselves with the fundamental skills and knowledge required to meet the rigorous standards set by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Participants in this course gain an in-depth understanding of the ICF's eight core competencies, which serve as the cornerstone of professional coaching practice.


ICF CORE COMPETENCY 1: DEMONSTRATING ETHICAL PRACTICE
Demonstrating Ethical Practice focuses on the ethical principles and guidelines necessary for successful coaching practice. This course emphasizes the importance of maintaining the highest ethical standards and integrity while working with clients. Participants learn about the ethical framework provided by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and how to apply it in real-world coaching scenarios. ICF CORE COMPETENCY 2: EMBODYING A COACHING MINDSET

ICF CODE OF ETHICS DEFINITIONS
The "ICF Code of Ethics: Definitions explores the ethical guidelines and principles outlined by the International Coach Federation (ICF). This class provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the definitions and concepts embedded in the ICF Code of Ethics. COACHING PRACTICE MANAGEMENT & MARKETING

This class covers essential aspects of building a successful coaching business, from developing a business plan to attracting and retaining clients. In this class, participants learn practical strategies for defining their coaching niche, identifying their target market, and creating a compelling coaching offer. They explore various marketing channels and techniques to effectively promote their services and reach their ideal clients.

CONTRACTING WITH CLIENTS
Contracting with Clients focuses on the skills and techniques necessary for establishing clear and effective coaching contracts with clients. This class emphasizes the importance of establishing a strong foundation for the coaching relationship and ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.

In this class, participants learn the key components of a coaching contract, including defining roles and responsibilities, setting goals and objectives, establishing the coaching process, and determining logistics such as session frequency and duration.


CONTINUING COACH EDUCATION
The "Continuing Coach Education" focuses on providing coaches with opportunities to enhance their coaching skills, deepen their knowledge, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices. In this class, participants engage in a variety of learning experiences, such as workshops, webinars, seminars, and conferences. They explore advanced coaching techniques, specialized coaching methodologies, and emerging areas of coaching practice.


PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR COACHES
The "Personal or Professional Development for Coaches" class is a transformative program designed to support coaches in their personal and professional growth. This class focuses on helping coaches deepen their self-awareness, expand their capabilities, and cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement.

In this class, participants engage in reflective practices, self-assessment exercises, and personal exploration to gain insights into their strengths, values, and areas for development. They explore their own beliefs, biases, and perspectives, enabling them to enhance their coaching presence and effectiveness.


ICF COACHING SUPERVISION

The "ICF Coaching Supervision" supports coaches in their professional development and growth through a collaborative and reflective supervision process. This class focuses on providing coaches with a dedicated space for self-reflection, feedback, and learning, with the goal of enhancing their coaching practice and effectiveness. In this class, participants engage in one-on-one or group supervision sessions facilitated by experienced and credentialed coaching supervisors.
